When you use our contact or newsletter form we collect only what you type in: your name, email address and message. We use it to reply to you and nothing else.

We do not sell or share your details. We do not run advertising trackers, and this site sets no marketing or analytics cookies.

Because we handle personal data, UK GDPR applies to us. You can ask us to correct or delete anything we've held about you — use the contact form and we'll action it.

We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or who need larger text. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.

Every image carries alternative text, headings follow a logical order, all form fields have visible labels, and nothing important is communicated by colour alone.

If something on this site doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll fix it — and treat it as a priority, not a nicety.

Our workshops are open to adults, including people who are unemployed or experiencing hardship. We take safeguarding seriously: everyone working with learners is expected to be trained to recognise and report concerns, and concerns are raised with the designated safeguarding lead rather than dealt with alone.

Learners are treated with respect and dignity at all times. Nobody is asked to explain their circumstances to earn a place.

If you are worried about the safety of a child or a vulnerable adult, contact us and also report it to the relevant local authority safeguarding team.
