Our plan to get there
One workshop a month, so twelve sessions across the year.
About 15 learners per workshop, which is how we reach 120 across the year.
We count unique learners, not repeat attenders — a returning learner is progress, not a new number.
Skills today. Independence tomorrow.
Long term, we want every learner who trains with us to have a route into work or self-employment — and a community that keeps growing after we leave the room.
